General terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services provided by Teralin Path (operating via vzpathway.biz). By accessing or using our programs, workshops, online resources or bookings, you agree to these terms. The terms describe rights and responsibilities related to accounts, payments, content, intellectual property and dispute resolution. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility to use services
Use of Teralin Path services is subject to eligibility requirements described below. You represent that you meet these requirements and will comply with applicable laws when using our offerings.
Participants must meet any minimum age requirement specified for a program. In the absence of a specific program age requirement, users should generally be 18 years or older to register independently. Minors require parental or guardian consent and supervision where applicable.
You agree to use our services lawfully and will not engage in activities that are illegal, infringe others' rights, or interfere with service operation. Prohibited uses include distributing unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorized access attempts, and misuse of communication channels.
Teralin Path provides services from Singapore. Availability of certain programs may vary by jurisdiction and may be restricted where local law or service requirements apply. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account responsibilities
Some parts of our services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account, including payments and communications.
You must provide current, accurate and complete information when creating and updating your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that we reasonably suspect are fraudulent.
Keep your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable care.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable except with our prior written consent. Selling or transferring accounts is prohibited.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at the contact points in these terms. We will take reasonable steps to contribute and may suspend account access while contribute security issues.
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts for violation of these terms, legal reasons, or to protect other users or the integrity of services. We will notify you where practicable and provide reasons for suspension unless prohibited by law.
Services provided
Teralin Path delivers programs, workshops and educational content focused on conscious entrepreneurship and spiritual growth. Offerings include live events, recorded courses, coaching sessions and resource materials. Program descriptions on vzpathway.biz provide scope, duration and participation requirements.
We may modify, update or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Where changes materially affect registered participants, we will provide reasonable notice and options available at that time. Content and scheduling adjustments can occur for operational reasons.
Service availability may vary by program and is subject to capacity, scheduling and third-party dependencies. We do not warrant uninterrupted access; maintenance, technical issues or external factors may cause downtime.

Paid services and fees
Some Teralin Path offerings require payment. Paid services include event fees, course access and coaching packages. Fees and billing terms are described at the point of purchase.
Program prices are stated on the site or at registration and are denominated where indicated. Pricing is subject to change; changes will not affect purchases already completed except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these terms.
Payments are processed using third-party payment processors. You must provide valid payment information and authorize charges for selected services. We are not responsible for issues arising from payment processors beyond our reasonable control.
Where subscription services are offered, recurring billing will continue until cancelled. Cancellation procedures are described at the time of subscription and on vzpathway.biz/account. It is your responsibility to cancel subscriptions if you no longer wish to receive them.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the product type, timing and applicable refund policy specified at purchase. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact support with purchase details to initiate review.
Participants may cancel bookings according to the cancellation terms provided for each program. Cancellation terms vary by offering and are specified during registration. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the stated cancellation policy.
Applicable taxes, duties or similar charges may apply to purchases and will be shown at checkout where required. You are responsible for any local taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
We may change prices for future purchases; price changes will not affect previously accepted orders except where necessary to comply with applicable law.
Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access. We reserve the right to pursue collection for outstanding amounts where appropriate.
